3.1 Fees: Payment terms and fees will be specified in the estimate provided for each project.
3.2 Invoices: Invoices will be issued according to the payment outlined in the estimate. Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice.
3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur late fees, and we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
3. Responsibilities
4.1 Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide necessary access to the property, obtain required permits, and ensure a safe working environment. The client is also responsible for paying all invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
4.2 Company Responsibilities: We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the estimated timeline.
4. Warranty and Guarantees
5.1 Workmanship: We provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in the contract. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations made by others.
5.2 Materials: Any warranties on materials used will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
5. Termination
6.1 Client Termination: The client may terminate the service(s) with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the date of termination and any costs incurred due to the termination.
6.2 Company Termination: We may terminate the service(s) if the client fails to meet their obligations under these Terms or the contract. We will provide written notice, and the client will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
6. Limitation of Liability
7.1 General Limitation: Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Negotiation: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services should first be addressed through negotiation between the parties.
8. Governing Law
9.1 Applicable Law: These Terms and any service(s) entered into will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
9. Privacy
10.1 Personal Information: We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
10. Amendments
11.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or as otherwise communicated to you.
